Applicants must be licensed in Pennsylvania, with 0–5 years' experience; newly licensed attorneys are welcome. Strong research, writing and communication skills are essential; workers' comp or civil litigation experience

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania law license required.
• 0 to 5 years of attorney experience; recent law graduates admitted to PA bar welcome.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Interest in litigation and advocating for injured workers.
• Workers' compensation or civil litigation experience is a plus, not required.
• Motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent injured workers in Pennsylvania workers' compensation matters.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and other litigation proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft compelling legal documents.
• Help develop case strategies and prepare matters for litigation.
• Work closely with experienced attorneys to advocate for our clients.
• Take ownership of meaningful responsibilities while developing litigation skills.
