Warner Norcross + Judd is seeking an Attorney Recruiting and Integration Coordinator to join our talent development team based out of Detroit or Grand Rapids.

The role focuses on coordinating Summer Associate, lateral recruiting, and attorney integration efforts while ensuring compliant, high-quality outcomes. Candidates typically have 2+ years in law firm recruiting and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in law firm recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to design and implement programs that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong technology skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pipeline recruiting initiatives with law schools and early identification programs.
• Coordinate all aspects of the Summer Associate Program, including onboarding and logistics across offices.
• Collaborate on strategy for summer associate recruiting with leadership.
• Oversee evaluation processes and transition summer associates into first-year roles.
• Coordinate lateral attorney recruiting, including interviews and candidate communications.
• Assist with onboarding and integration tasks for new attorneys.
• Generate regular reports on recruitment and retention metrics for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and firm policies.
