• Seeking Securities/Capital Markets Associates with experience in IPOs, private placements, or securities filings.

• Conduct due diligence reviews for securities offerings, analyzing material contracts, litigation risks, and regulatory compliance to support offering documents.
• Prepare comfort letters, legal opinions, and blue sky filings to facilitate the closing of securities transactions in New York markets.
