Role Details

• Seeking Commercial Litigation Associates with experience in contract, shareholder, or antitrust disputes.
• Hybrid Madison Avenue office (flexible remote), focusing on $100M-$300M litigations in M&A breaches, securities fraud, and IP for blue-chip corporations.
• Compensation: base $230K-$255K plus $35K-$55K bonuses for judgments.
• Case history: 18+ victories in 2024, including $150M+ antitrust settlements.

Key Duties

• Draft and file complex pleadings, motions, and briefs in New York state and federal courts for commercial disputes, including breach of contract and business tort claims.
• Conduct legal research on New York Commercial Division rules and federal case law to develop litigation strategies for high-stakes commercial matters.
• Manage discovery processes, including e-discovery, drafting interrogatories, and preparing document production.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations, advocating for favorable outcomes in disputes involving corporate governance and shareholder issues.
• Prepare trial materials, including witness examinations and evidentiary submissions, to advance client positions in commercial litigation proceedings.
