Securities & Capital Markets

Omnus Law provides strategic legal counsel to clients navigating capital markets, securities regulations, and corporate finance, including:

• Securities Offerings & Compliance – Advising on IPOs, private placements, debt offerings, and regulatory compliance with SEC, FINRA, and global securities laws.
• Corporate Governance & Disclosure – Guiding public companies on SEC reporting obligations, shareholder rights, and best practices for corporate governance.
• Investment Funds & Asset Management – Structuring private equity, hedge funds, and investment vehicles, ensuring regulatory compliance and fiduciary duties.
