Large busy plaintiff litigation law firm in Century City is seeking Motions Drafting Attorney to join their fast-paced team. The ideal attorney must be in good standings on their California Bar Number with no marks on their record, along with having 1-3 years if civil litigation experience. This position does not require court apperances just purely drafting Motions. Please review the requirements and apply!

Requirements for the Motions Attorney (Drafting)

• California State Bar Must Be in Good Standings (No marks on your bar record)
• Accredited Law Degree
• 1-3 Years of previous civil litigation experience
• Experience drafting Motions (Fee Motions, MSJ's, Motions to compel etc)
• Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive legal briefing
• Prepare and draft legal documents
• Must have excellent drafting, writing skills with precise grammar
• Manage and prioritize high volume projects deadline driven
• Collaborate with partners and associates on case strategy
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations

Parking: Covered

Schedule: Flexible Hybrid Schedule usually 9AM-5:30PM.
