BASIC PURPOSE: The Attorney Relations Customer Service Representative will manage a weekly docket of cases, obtain timely updates, and ensure attorneys meet performance standards.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Includes duties that must be performed independently or with reasonable accommodation:

• Provide excellent customer service to members, attorneys, and associates via inbound and outbound calls
• Gather specific information from courts or attorneys regarding traffic citations and input into the system
• Identify cases needing specific actions and notify Supervisor/Manager accordingly
• Accurately input information from courts or attorneys into the system
• Complete necessary paperwork efficiently to handle cases effectively
• Perform additional duties as assigned by team lead/Supervisor
• Arrive on time and remain for scheduled hours
• Maintain attendance records using the Paycom system
• Report to Supervisor/Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED)

Professional Experience:

• 2 years customer service experience preferred

Licenses, Certificates, Credentials, and Other Requirements:

• Type at least 30 WPM
• Operate a computer, use the internet, and be familiar with 10-key
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Skill Sets:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work in a high-energy, dynamic, team environment
• Strong phone presence and ability to handle high call volume

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for eight hours
• Type at a computer for eight hours, inputting and updating information
• Hear and speak with customers via phone
• Review, analyze, and communicate information on a computer screen

Work Location:

• Remote, with potential in-office work upon request

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, schedule as assigned
