Basic Purpose: The Attorney Relations Assignment Representative is responsible for maintaining both the covered and 25% case assignment dockets, which include assigning cases in a timely manner and ensuring attorneys perform to standard. This role also involves expanding our network of attorneys.

Job Functions:

1. Provide excellent customer service for members, attorneys, and associates through inbound and outbound calls.
2. Obtain specific information from courts or attorneys regarding traffic citations and input this data into the system.
3. Identify cases needing specific actions and notify the Attorney Relations-Attorney Development Supervisor accordingly.
4. Accurately input information from courts or attorneys into the system.
5. Complete necessary paperwork efficiently to handle cases effectively.
6. Manage Assignment Docket(s).
7. Build and maintain the TVC network of attorneys.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Attorney Assignment Supervisor.
9. Arrive on time and stay for the full scheduled shift.
10. Maintain attendance records accurately using Talent Stop.
11. Report to Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED
• Experience: At least 3 years in customer service
• Licenses and Skills: Ability to type at least 35 WPM, operate a computer, use the internet, and be familiar with 10-key.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both typed and handwritten.
• Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, capable of working in a high-energy, dynamic, team-oriented environment, and able to think independently and solve problems.

Position Requirements:

• Work from a home office environment.
• Exposure to weather conditions, including occasional visits to field sites if applicable.
• Moderate noise levels in the work environment.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Location: Remote, with potential for assignment to the main office at 14313 North May Avenue, OK 73134, subject to change.
