Basic Purpose : The Attorney Relations Assignment Representative manages case dockets, assigns cases promptly, ensures attorney performance, and expands our attorney network.

Job Functions :

• Provide excellent customer service via inbound and outbound calls
• Gather and input information from courts and attorneys
• Identify cases needing specific actions and notify the supervisor
• Accurately input case information into the system
• Complete necessary paperwork efficiently
• Manage assignment dockets
• Build and maintain the attorney network
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Attend scheduled shifts punctually and maintain attendance records
• Report to Supervisor / Manager

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma / GED
• At least 3 years of customer service experience
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
• Proficiency with computers, internet, and 10-key
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Independent thinking and problem-solving skills

Position Requirements :

• Remote work environment with occasional visits to field sites
• Moderate noise levels
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5
• Location: Remote, with possible relocation to the main office at 14313 North May Avenue, OK 73134
