Basic Purpose: The Attorney Relations Assignment Representative manages case dockets, assigns cases timely, ensures attorney performance, and expands our attorney network.

Job Functions:

1. Provide excellent customer service via inbound and outbound calls to members, attorneys, and associates.
2. Gather and input specific information from courts or attorneys regarding traffic citations.
3. Identify cases needing special attention and notify the Attorney Relations Supervisor.
4. Accurately input information into the computer system.
5. Complete necessary paperwork efficiently.
6. Manage Assignment Dockets.
7. Build and maintain the TVC network of attorneys.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
9. Arrive on time and work the scheduled shift.
10. Maintain attendance records accurately.
11. Report to Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience: At least 3 years in customer service.
• Skills: Ability to type at least 35 WPM, operate a computer, use the internet, and be familiar with 10-key.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, independent thinker, problem solver, team player.

Position Requirements:

• Remote work environment with occasional visits to field sites.
• Weather conditions may vary.
• Moderate noise level.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

Location: Remote, with potential for assignment to the main office at 14313 North May Avenue, OK 73134.
