Basic Purpose :

The Attorney Relations Assignment Representative maintains case dockets, assigns cases promptly, ensures attorney performance standards are met, and expands our network of attorneys.

Job Functions :

1. Provide excellent customer service via inbound and outbound calls to members, attorneys, and associates.
2. Gather case-specific information from courts or attorneys and input into our system.
3. Identify cases needing specific actions and notify the Attorney Relations-Attorney Development Supervisor.
4. Accurately input information from courts or attorneys into the computer system.
5. Complete necessary paperwork to handle cases effectively.
6. Manage Assignment Docket(s).
7. Build and expand the TVC network of attorneys.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Attorney Assignment Supervisor.
9. Arrive on time and stay for the scheduled shift.
10. Maintain attendance records accurately using Talent Stop.
11. Report to Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma / GED
• At least 3 years of customer service experience
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM
• Proficient in operating computers, internet, and 10-key
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work in a high-energy, dynamic, team environment
• Independent thinker and problem solver

Position Requirements :

• Remote work environment
• Exposure to weather conditions and occasional field visits, if applicable.
• Moderate noise level in the work environment.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5.
• Location: Remote, with possible relocation to the main office at 14313 North May Avenue, OK 73134.
