We Are Legal Revolution seeks a personal injury trial attorney to take full ownership of bodily injury and catastrophic injury matters from filing through verdict in a Boston-based practice. This partner-track role offers meaningful courtroom responsibility, extensive client contact, and a comprehensive compensation package.

The ideal candidate will have Massachusetts bar admission, plaintiff-side trial experience, and a track record of first-chair jury trials, with the ability to manage a busy

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury and bodily injury experience.
• Minimum 2 jury trials as first chair.
• Ability to manage a large caseload independently.
• Experience directing a team of staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-office work with limited pre-approved remote days.
• Preferred: 5+ years plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Preferred: Prior first-chair trial work at leading plaintiff firm.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and file lawsuits.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Schedule and attend fact witness depositions.
• Retain experts and attend expert depositions.
• Prepare cases for mediation and trial.

THE ROLE

• Experience directing and guiding a team of staff.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to work in-office with limited pre-approved remote days.
• Preferred: 5+ years plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Preferred: Prior first-chair trial work at leading plaintiff firm.
