Litigation Attorney (5+ Years) – Plaintiff Personal Injury

I’m currently partnering with a well-established personal injury firm in Springfield, Massachusetts that is actively looking to add an experienced litigation attorney to their team.

This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants to be part of a high-performing litigation group and continue developing advanced skills in depositions, case strategy, and trial work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a caseload from intake through resolution
• Developing and executing litigation strategy
• Drafting and overseeing pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
• Taking and defending depositions
• Negotiating settlements
• Participating in trial preparation and jury trials
• Utilizing tools like focus groups to strengthen case outcomes
• Working closely with senior attorneys and firm leadership
