Jeffrey S. Glassman is seeking an experienced plaintiff personal injury attorney to join our Boston practice. The role focuses on case review, guiding staff, and direct client communication to advance litigation.

This full-time position offers competitive compensation, generous fee sharing for originated cases, and uncapped earning potential in a collaborative environment. Requirements include 2+ years of PI experience, admission to the Massachusetts Bar, a Juris Doctor, and excellent attention

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a plaintiff personal injury attorney.
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
• In good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.
• Juris Doctor degree.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly reviewing each case to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Determining necessary tasks needed on cases and providing guidance to case staff.
• Ensuring cases are being effectively and efficiently processed through the legal system.
• Taking the lead in reaching out to firm clients and addressing their questions and concerns.
• Documenting detailed notes and tasks in our case management software, maintaining organized and comprehensive records.
• Regularly reporting case progress and updates to firm managers.
