Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Miami, FL seeks an Attorney to join its Proposition 65 practice. This non-partnership track role offers exposure to product liability, mass torts and class actions in a leading firm.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation experience, with knowledge of Proposition 65 and related complex litigation. California court experience and federal clerkship are a plus. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation is a plus.
• California state court experience is advantageous.
• Previous federal clerkship is beneficial.
