Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Attorney to join its growing Proposition 65 practice. This non-partnership track position sits within the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group and offers the chance to handle meaningful litigation work.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of litigation experience, familiarity with Proposition 65 and consumer class action defense, and a JD with California bar admission; a hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation is a plus.
• California state court experience is advantageous.
• Previous federal clerkship is beneficial.
