Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. in New York seeks a Manager to lead attorney talent development across NY offices.

You will support orientation, performance reviews, and collaboration with the Talent Team to drive training and professional growth for associates and senior attorneys. The role focuses on designing PD programming, mentoring, and skills coaching across career stages, coordinating with Litigation Training Coaches and Office leaders to address developmental needs and enhance leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or Master’s in a relevant field highly preferred.
• 3+ years of attorney professional development experience required.
• Coaching certification a plus.
• Significant experience in a large law firm is preferred, with success in training and career development functions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate orientation and integration of new attorneys.
• Support summer associate and law graduate programs.
• Manage the performance review process and partner with talent teams on development plans.
• Provide one-on-one professional development advising on skills, mentorship, and communication.
