Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Manager of Learning & Professional Development focused on attorneys across New York offices.

You will oversee integration, performance reviews, and collaboration with the Talent Team to support recruiting and development initiatives. You will lead attorney training, mentoring, and professional skills programs, driving career development and competency-based progression for NY-region attorneys.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple attorney development initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration across offices and leadership.
• Experience in performance management and talent development processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate integration of new attorneys and support summer program.
• Lead performance management processes and coordinate with talent teams.
• Provide 1:1 development advising on skills, timelines, and mentorship.
• Develop development plans and PD programming for different career stages.
• Coordinate with Litigation Training Coach for workshops and sessions.
• Design and implement leadership, management, and client service training.
