As part of Learning & Professional Development, you will design and deliver training, mentoring, and career development programs, focusing on attorneys. The role requires engagement with senior leaders and cross-office coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree is required; JD or Masters highly preferred.
• 3+ years of attorney professional development experience required.
• Coaching certification a plus.
• Significant experience in a large law firm is preferred.
• Experience establishing and managing robust training and career development functions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate integration of new attorneys and support summer associate programs.
• Manage performance processes across NY offices with talent teams.
• Provide 1:1 professional development advising on skills like timeline management and mentorship.
• Design PD programming for different career stages, including leadership and client service.
• Coordinate training sessions with the Litigation Training Coach and office leaders.
