Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or Masters preferred.
• 3+ years of attorney professional development experience required.
• Coaching certification a plus.
• Significant large law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage attorney talent across NY offices.
• Support integration, performance reviews, and collaboration with Talent Team.
• Lead attorney training and professional development programs.
• Design and implement development plans and mentoring.
• Coordinate with Litigation Training Coach and Office leadership.
