Job summary

Haynes and Boone in Dallas, TX seeks an Attorney Development Coordinator to support the AD department across training, development, and data reporting, from onboarding through promotion.

Responsibilities include administering attorney review and feedback, coordinating CLE, maintaining development data, and assisting with special projects to advance attorney growth. A Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in training and development.
• Experience in legal or professional services preferred.
• Knowledge of CLE rules, Texas MCLE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as administrative lead for multi-part attorney training programs; scheduling, invitations, logistics, and materials.
• Track attorney training and development against learning paths and benchmarks.
• Coordinate Firm-wide CLE and training programs; attendance tracking, room reservations, and post-program follow-up.
• Maintain and utilize performance management data and reports for reviews and development milestones.
• Coordinate partner-level reviews and staffing discussions with leadership.
