Responsibilities

• Develop and manage firm-wide in-house training programs and presentations.
• Plan strategic training with practice groups and onboarding for lateral hires.
• Deliver in-house and third-party training programs; lead mentoring initiatives.
• Oversee attorney evaluations, staffing, and performance reviews; manage budget.
