Zusammenfassung

Haynes and Boone, LLP is seeking an Attorney Development Coordinator to support the firm’s Attorney Development (AD) department in training and development initiatives across the firm. Responsibilities include administering review and feedback processes, coordinating CLE programs, and maintaining development data to drive growth from onboarding through promotion.

Qualifikationen

The Attorney Development Coordinator should possess at least one year of experience in training and development.
Experience within the legal or professional services industry is preferred.

Aufgaben

Administer attorney review and feedback processes.
Support training and development programs Firm-wide.
Maintain attorney development data and reports.
Coordinate and facilitate CLE; ensure credit where required.
Assist with special projects advancing attorney growth from onboarding through promotion.
Schedule, invitations, logistics, and materials for training programs.
Track attendance, manage room reservations, and troubleshoot technology.
