Job summary

Sterlington PLLC is actively seeking an experienced L&D leader to build attorney development from the ground up in our fast-paced law firm environment. You will shape learning strategy and design engaging programs while establishing scalable processes aligned with firm goals.

You will own L&D programs end-to-end, coach associates directly, and establish a durable feedback cadence with partners to turn insights into practical talent development, transforming junior associates into long-term,

Qualifications

• Legal or attorney-development background with strong L&D design skills.
• Coaching/mentoring experience and working knowledge of US employment law.
• Data-driven, excellent English communication, and comfort with ambiguity.
