Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking a senior attorney development lead to design and manage firm-wide learning programs for associates. You will build a cadence, coach teams, and partner with leadership to align development with business needs.

Ideal candidates have L&D design expertise grounded in adult learning theory, experience coaching professionals, and strong data skills. This role offers 100% remote work and a full-time contractor arrangement.

Qualifications

  • Background in legal or attorney development, preferably within a law firm or legal technology environment.
  • Strong learning and development program design skills grounded in adult learning theory.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring professionals; people management experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and when to elevate issues for review.
  • Ability to analyze utilization and performance data and use findings to recommend action.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
