Job summary

LSNF is seeking a seasoned attorney to lead the organization’s training and professional development program while maintaining a reduced caseload of direct legal work. You will identify learning needs, design curricula, and deliver content to enhance legal knowledge and organizational effectiveness.

The role involves mentorship, staff leadership, and collaboration with leadership to ensure compliance and strategic learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree required.
• Five years of admission to Florida Bar or eligibility to practice in another jurisdiction with Florida admission preferred.
• Two years of adult education and/or curriculum development experience in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and implementation of training and professional development program, including an annual training plan.
• Assess training needs across attorney and staff and coordinate with leadership for individualized development.
• Develop and deliver training content, tools, and resources to strengthen legal knowledge and collaboration.
