Qualifications

• J.D. and 4–6 years of practice experience, preferably at a peer law firm.
• Experience in staffing, professional development or practice support is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Partner with practice leaders and ADPs to integrate staffing and training for associate growth.
• Coordinate work assignments across offices and monitor utilization and availability.
• Facilitate feedback between partners and associates and support performance reviews.
