Qualifications

• Experience handling Chapter 7/11/13 and restructuring matters.
• Exposure to creditor negotiations and debtor-in-possession financing is a plus.
• Strong partner-level communication and case strategy skills.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Bankruptcy Experts: handle complex Chapter 7, 11, 13 and restructuring matters involving major financial institutions and distressed assets across Boston and beyond.
• Take an active role in case strategy and document preparation, including motions, creditor negotiations and debtor-in-possession financing, ensuring precision and compliance with federal bankruptcy procedures.
• Support high-stakes litigation and reorganization efforts, contributing to and taking point on courtroom strategy as you prepare to represent clients in bankruptcy court.

The Role

• Take an Active role in Case Strategy and Document Preparation: Including motions, Creditor Negotiations and Debtor-in-possession financing, ensuring precision and compliance with federal bankruptcy procedures.
• Support High-Stakes Litigation and Reorganization efforts: Contribute to and take point on courtroom strategy as you prepare to represented clients in bankruptcy court
