Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a New York-based firm, is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to join their team as they grow headcount. The firm is multi award-winning across the state and nation and is known for its prestigious work and bankruptcy expertise.

In this role, you will work on complex Chapter 7, 11, and 13 matters, participate in motions and creditor negotiations, and support litigation and reorganization efforts. The package includes up to $250K base salary and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 matters in New York or similar jurisdictions.
• Participation in motions, creditor negotiations, and debtor-in-possession financing.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of bankruptcy matters including complex cases.
• Take an active role in case strategy and document preparation.
• Support high-stakes litigation and reorganization efforts and prepare to represent clients in bankruptcy court.

The Role

• Work on a variety of Bankruptcy Matters: Work on complex Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 13 and restructuring matters involving major financial institutions and distressed assets across New York and beyond.
• Take an active role in case strategy and document preparation, including motions, creditor negotiations, and debtor-in-possession financing, ensuring precision and compliance with federal bankruptcy procedures.
• Support high-stakes litigation and reorganization efforts: Contribute to and take point on courtroom strategy as you prepare to represented clients in bankruptcy court

The Package
