Our AmLaw 100 law firm client has an immediate need for a Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate to join their Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group in their New York office. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement after the initial period, along with a unique career development program designed to enhance mentorship and provide a clearly defined partnership track.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate for this senior-level position will have 2-5 years of experience representing debtors, creditors, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders in complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Experience with Chapter 11 proceedings, restructurings, M&A transactions, and creditor negotiations is desired. A portable book of business is not required.

Pay range and compensation package:

The compensation range for this position is between $250,000 and $390,000.
