I’m currently working with a well-established, mid-size business law firm in Boston that is looking to add an experienced Bankruptcy Associate to its growing team.

• Established Boston Firm: Join a respected, 40-attorney business law firm with a strong presence in the Boston legal market.
• Sophisticated Client Base: Work directly with businesses, banks, creditors, and other established clients on complex bankruptcy and commercial matters.
• Seriously Down-to-Earth Culture: A genuinely collaborative environment where attorneys are encouraged to take ownership, communicate openly, and contribute to the wider success of the firm.
• Long-Term Progression: Clear path from Associate to Non-Equity Partner, with the opportunity to progress toward Equity Partnership based on economic performance.
• Bankruptcy & Creditor Representation: Handle sophisticated bankruptcy matters, with exposure to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings, creditor representation, negotiations, and corporate restructurings.
• Commercial Litigation Exposure: Work across the firm's business dispute practice, including Massachusetts court appearances, motion practice, and general civil litigation.
• Client-Facing Responsibility: Provide practical, action-ready legal guidance while working directly with clients and developing strong long-term relationships.
• Ownership & Development: Take meaningful responsibility for matters from an early stage, with opportunities to contribute to client development and build your own practice over time.
• Up to $140K Base
• Performance-Related Bonus
