We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate for its Houston office to handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for institutional clients.

You will work on acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing matters, with direct access to partners and opportunities for long-term advancement in a collaborative, training-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of commercial real estate experience in a sophisticated practice.
• Background in acquisitions, dispositions, development, financings, refinancings, leasing, and joint ventures.
• Active Texas bar membership or ability to become admitted in Texas.
• Strong academic background from a law school typically ranked in the top 50.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in Houston.

Responsibilities

• Handle acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties for institutional and corporate clients.
• Support development projects and complex joint ventures, including capital intensive and energy related real estate.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, joint venture documents, loan documents, and related transaction materials.
• Manage leasing matters including headquarters, build to suit, and major landlord and tenant representations.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, leading deal components and collaborating directly with partners and cross office teams.
