Individuals to be considered for this position will require experience in non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN) and immigrant (PERM, I-140, I-485) case work, work authorizations, permanent residency applications and immigration case management. Experience with international employment visas will be beneficial. Ability to handle large case load is essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are required. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills are required. Offices are located in suburban Washington DC in Potomac, Maryland.
