BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Immigration Attorney for its offices in Maryland, Virginia, and Florida. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role requires managing a large caseload and a team of paralegals, with responsibilities spanning client meetings, case management, and legal writing. Fluent Spanish and at least 1 year of immigration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA Accredited Law School.
• Active Bar License in Good Standing in any U.S. state or Puerto Rico.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Immigration experience (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential new clients.
• Coordinate case and legal strategy.
• Manage multiple cases, paralegals, projects, and deadlines.
• Prepare and revise court documents.
• Conduct legal research and write motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Keep abreast of legislative changes and judicial case law.
• Market the law firm's services.
• Work one Saturday a month with potential bonuses for new clients.
• Handle court hearings and trials.
• Become an expert on Family Petitions, Asylum, Individual Hearings, SIJIS, U-Visas, Waivers, etc.
