Job summary

Avalon in Phoenix is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney (Motor Vehicle & Trucking) to join a fast-growing plaintiffs' practice. You will manage a full spectrum of motor vehicle and trucking cases from pre-litigation through trial.

The team offers real support: every litigator has a dedicated paralegal and legal assistant, backed by a large case staff, with a full benefits package and a non-recoverable draw plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of personal injury experience.
• Civil jury trial experience preferred.
• Comfortable carrying a high-volume pre-lit and litigation docket.
• Strong writer, strong on your feet, and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Real case work, start to finish: pre-lit through litigation, trial prep, and trial on motor vehicle accident cases, including trucking.
