A JD with 5+ years of PI practice and strong communication is required. The role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000–$170,000 per year, 401K, medical, dental, vision, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state.
• 5+ years as a Personal Injury Attorney with a track record of success.
• Proficiency in depositions, legal research, and legal writing."
• Experience in case management, mediation, and negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; deep understanding of MVA, wrongful death, and premises liability.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution (MVA, wrongful death, premises liability).
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Develop effective case strategies based on facts and client goals.
• Maintain regular client communication and manage expectations.
