Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join its Phoenix, Arizona practice. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, representing plaintiffs in various personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents.

The role requires a J.D. from an accredited law school, active AZ Bar status, and outstanding writing and oral advocacy skills to handle high-volume caseloads and trials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of personal injury experience.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Civil jury trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
