This role offers flexibility with remote or hybrid options, but candidates must be based in California and possess an active California Bar license. Ideal candidates will have strong litigation and negotiation skills, and one year of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Defend employers, insurers, and TPAs in workers’ compensation cases.
• Handle cases from inception through trial, including hearings, depositions, and appeals.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and client reports.
• Negotiate settlements and maintain strong client communication.
• Manage a full caseload independently while collaborating with colleagues.
