Salary $140,000 - $199,000 per year
Law firm focused primarily on the defense of workers compensation claims and related litigation. We represent a variety of clients including employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators. We take pride in the quality of our work and we are committed to providing thorough and effective representation to our clients. We believe that we can achieve the best results by staying well informed on the law, being thoroughly prepared, negotiating assertively and effectively, and keeping an open line of communication with our clients. We are actively involved in the workers compensation community, giving educational seminars for many different clients and organizations, and serving as members for the Claims Litigation Alliance, California Coalition on Workers’ Compensation, Association of Workers’ Compensation Professionals and the Industrial Claims Associations throughout the state.
