This remote position offers a competitive pay range of $100,000 to $200,000 annually, unlimited PTO, 401K, and 9 paid holidays. Ideal candidates will possess a Juris Doctor degree, be a member of the State Bar of California, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Associate Attorneys manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense
• Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degree
• Member, State Bar of California
• Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Commitment to proactive case management
