Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in skilled nursing facilities. You will lead a collaborative team, with a dedicated NP/PA, and ensure high-quality chronic and acute care across multiple facilities.

This full-time role offers growth toward leadership positions, including potential Medical Director/Attending Physician responsibilities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.
• Prolonged standing and walking on facility floors; lifting/moving patients and navigating stairs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), taking responsibility for their medical management
• Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care
• Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing the management of ongoing medical conditions
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and their families
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations
• Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care
