The Attendance Coordinator is a member of the Workforce Management team at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, responsible for generating bi-weekly attendance reports and related EDN documents for Clinical Services Managers.

This role monitors EDN status in UKG-WFM and supports policy applications, promoting consistent attendance practices while collaborating with the staffing office and Clinical Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Generates bi-weekly attendance reports for Clinical Services Managers using UKG-WFM and Power BI.
• Tracks attendance-related EDN documents and supports counselor actions.
• Resolves attendance discrepancies and communicates with staffing office and Clinical Payroll to prevent unpaid leave.
• Enters completed disciplinary actions in UKG-WFM to ensure accurate reporting.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
