Menzies Aviation seeks an Attendance Supervisor to monitor and manage employee attendance, punctuality, and staffing coverage across our airport operations in Houston. You will liaise with supervisors, scheduling, and station leadership to ensure coverage meets operational needs, while maintaining accurate records in timekeeping systems.
The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of attendance or scheduling experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

The Attendance Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and managing employee attendance, punctuality, call-offs, absences, and staffing coverage to support safe and efficient airport operations. This position serves as a key link between employees, supervisors, scheduling, and station leadership to ensure staffing levels meet operational requirements.
You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
