San Francisco Unified School District is seeking an Attendance Clerk at Lowell High School to monitor and update attendance data in Synergy and maintain accurate records. You will report to the Assistant Principal in charge of attendance and may perform other clerical duties as needed.

Ideal candidates have strong data analysis skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience with Synergy and standard office software.

Qualifications

• Two years of verifiable clerical experience including data entry and reporting.
• Experience using Synergy and basic office software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update attendance data in Synergy.
• Print rosters, file forms, and maintain attendance records.
• Communicate with families and coordinate with school staff as needed.
