Qualifications

Graduation from high school and one year of general clerical experience involving public contact or any combination of education, training and/or experience equaling one year.
Experience with computers and other office equipment required.
Data entry skills required.
Fluent in oral and written communication in target language.
Pass District’s bilingual test in designated language.

Responsibilities

Perform attendance accounting and record-keeping at an assigned school-site; provide accurate daily attendance reporting.
Input attendance data in the student information system; generate daily/weekly ADA reports.
Verify absences and enter valid information; issue admittance forms as needed.
Communicate attendance information to students, parents and staff; handle calls and notes.
Coordinate with administrators to identify students with frequent absenteeism and refer to SART.
