The role emphasizes trusted advisory services, detailed project management, and customer success. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality implementation and long-term adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or talent acquisition processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Able to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through end-to-end ATS implementation to a successful deployment.
• Translate recruiting workflows into scalable ATS configurations.
• Develop and manage implementation project plans with milestones.
• Configure, test, and validate ATS solutions for customer needs.
• Identify risks and roadblocks and address them to maintain timelines.
• Deliver customer training to enable post-implementation self-sufficiency.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams for a seamless experience.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and records.
• Contribute to improvements in implementation methods and best practices.
• Build expertise in ATS functionality and recruiting industry trends.
