Job summary

isolved is seeking an ATS Implementation Specialist to guide customers through successful ATS deployments, tailoring configurations to recruiting workflows and business requirements. You will lead project plans, configure and test solutions, and ensure adoption post-implementation.

You will train customers, document progress, and partner with Success, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless experience while maintaining high customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, plus relevant experience.
• Experience supporting recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or talent acquisition processes.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple implementations.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate into configurations.
• Strong technical aptitude; quick learner of new software platforms.
• Proactive, customer-focused problem solving.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through end-to-end ATS implementation and deployment.
• Translate client recruiting workflows into scalable ATS configurations.
• Develop, manage, and track implementation project plans with milestones.
• Configure, test, and validate ATS solutions to meet requirements.
• Identify risks and address roadblocks to maintain timelines.
• Deliver customer training and promote post-implementation adoption.
• Collaborate with Success, Product, and Support teams for a seamless experience.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and implementation records.
• Contribute to improving implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Build deep expertise in ATS functionality and recruiting trends.
