Job summary

Berkshirejobs is seeking an Assistive Technology Regional Center (ATRC) Program Manager in Pittsfield, MA. The role leads a dynamic program that helps people with disabilities gain independence through assistive technology, combining leadership, outreach, and team supervision.

You will oversee operations, manage staff, coordinate trainings and presentations, and collaborate with state partners to expand access to technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ATRC operations, including loan program, inventory, tracking, documentation and customer service.
• Provide consultative support and technical assistance on assistive technology, funding options, accessibility tools, and navigation.
• Plan and deliver trainings, demonstrations, and outreach to raise awareness of assistive technology resources.
• Build relationships with statewide partners and Massachusetts ATRCs to expand access to services.
• Supervise ATRC staff, fostering collaboration and customer focus.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate emerging technologies and support program development.
• Support remote monitoring and tech-based services with troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain program data, reporting, and compliance with contractual and grant requirements.
• Manage ATRC communications and social media to promote events and innovations.
