Blackburn's Physicians Pharmacy, Inc. in Tarentum, PA is seeking an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) for a full-time field-based role. You will evaluate patients, collaborate with clinicians, and deliver complex rehab solutions to improve independence.

Qualifications

• ATP Certification required or ability to obtain.
• Experience with CRT, seating/positioning, mobility equipment, or DME/HME.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage a flexible field-based schedule.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in homes, hospitals, rehab facilities, and clinics to determine mobility, seating, and positioning needs.
• Recommend customized CRT and assistive technology solutions to maximize independence.
• Partner with physicians, therapists, case managers, and caregivers through evaluation, funding, and delivery.
• Complete detailed clinical evaluations, product recommendations, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate equipment trials, fittings, adjustments, and final deliveries to ensure optimal function and comfort.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on equipment use and long-term success.
• Develop and strengthen referral relationships throughout the Harrisburg region.
• Collaborate with internal clinical, customer service, and operations teams to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Stay current on CRT technology, reimbursement guidelines, and industry best practices.
