Job summary

Blackburn's is seeking a passionate Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to join our Abington team, evaluating patients and coordinating CRT solutions across homes and clinical settings. This role emphasizes clinical assessment, collaboration with clinicians, and strong patient relationships to improve mobility and independence.

You will work with physicians, therapists, and caregivers from evaluation through delivery, staying current on CRT technology and reimbursement guidelines.

Qualifications

• RESNA ATP Certification is required (or ability to obtain).
• Experience with Complex Rehab Technology (CRT), seating/positioning, mobility equipment, or DME/HME.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in homes, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and clinics to determine mobility, seating, and positioning needs.
• Recommend customized CRT and assistive technology solutions to maximize independence and quality of life.
• Partner with physicians, therapists, case managers, and caregivers throughout evaluation, funding, and delivery.
• Complete detailed clinical evaluations, product recommendations, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate equipment trials, fittings, adjustments, and final deliveries to ensure optimal function and comfort.
• Educate patients and families on proper equipment use and long-term success.
• Develop and strengthen referral relationships across the Harrisburg region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide an exceptional patient experience.
